Born and raised in southern Spain, Chef Paco's love for cooking began in the family kitchen, watching his mother prepare traditional Spanish meals for family and friends. After graduating from the University of Granada with a degree in Environmental Science, Paco decided to follow the culinary path. Self-taught and driven by his curiosity and determination, Paco found himself working and training in some of the finest restaurants around the world, including several Michelin starred restaurants across three continents (***Ryugin Tokyo,***La Pergola, Rome, **Sant Pau Tokyo,***Benu, San Francisco, **Ryugin Hong Kong) . After a long career in the restaurant industry, Chef Paco hopes to bring a taste of his mediterranean culinary background to the Temecula Valley. .
